Q.1. What is Papa Media? What do you sell?
A.1. Papa Media is an online retailer of thousands of bestselling books, music, movies, games, software, and accessories. All our items - even the hard-to-find ones - are in brand new condition and at some of the lowest prices on the Web.



Q.2. Where's my order? Can I track it?
A.2. You may track your order here. If you have received only part of your order, the remaining part may be on its way in a separate package. If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time has passed, please contact us by email at contact@papamedia.com.


Q.3. What are the shipping rates and delivery times? Do you ship internationally? Is insurance required?
A.3. We ship worldwide, including APO/FPO addresses. Our shipping rates and delivery times are as follows:

US Express Under 1 week $12.50 $12.50
US Priority 1 to 2 weeks $5.50 $5.50
US Standard 2 to 3 weeks $3.50 $3.50
Canada 2 to 3 weeks $4.50 $4.50
Rest of the World 2 to 3 weeks $12.50 $12.50

Insurance of $2 per item is required only on Canadian and other international shipments.

Q.4. Where does the item ship from? What shipping service do you use?
A.4. Most items ship from our NY address, but some may ship directly from our domestic and international suppliers. Most small orders are shipped by USPS but larger orders and all US Express Mail orders are shipped by courier (FedEx, UPS, or DHL).



Q.5. Do you combine shipping? Can I get any quantity or shipping discounts on multiple items?
A.5. Since our suppliers charge us a per-item shipping rate, we are normally unable to offer any shipping discounts on multiple items. However, you may subscribe to our Priority Club through which you would save 30% on shipping on all future orders. If you are planning to order a large number of items, you may want to subscribe to the Priority Club before placing your order. For details, see the Priority Club page.


Q.6. What forms of payment do you accept? Can I order offline as well?
A.6. We accept the following forms of payment:

• Website (www.PapaMedia.com): Credit/Debit card, Paypal
• Phone/Fax (Sales) (877-TEL-PAPA i.e. 877-835-7272): Credit/Debit card
• Mail (Call 877-TEL-PAPA i.e. 877-835-7272 for instructions): Credit/Debit card, Check, Money order

To order through our website, just add the items to the shopping cart and click on Checkout. There you can login to your Paypal account and pay via Paypal, or if you do not wish to use Paypal you can pay by credit or debit card by choosing the "sign up" option (note that selecting this option will allow you to pay for your order and does not automatically create a Paypal account; it just gives you the option to do so at the end).

To order by phone, fax, or mail, please download our order form and follow the directions on the form.



Q.7. What is your return policy? Can I send an item back if I'm not happy with it?
A.7. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may send it back to the address on the packing label within 7 days of receipt. Upon receiving it back, we will refund you the item price minus a 20% re-stocking fee. We are unable to reimburse any shipping or insurance charges. We recommend that you use delivery confirmation and save your postal receipt so that you have proof of mailing.



Q.8. What is your Affiliate Program? How do I enroll in it?
A.8. Our Affiliate Program pays you to advertise Papa Media through your own website, email, offline marketing, or other marketplace accounts. All members of Papa Media are Affiliates as well, so just use the Register form to sign up. Some features of the Affiliate Program such as the Affiliate Website Generator and the Reseller Program are accessible through your PapaMedia.com account page. Q.9. How do I unsubscribe from your email newsletters?
A.9. If you wish to unsubscribe from any of our email newsletters, just login to your account and uncheck the corresponding option.
